Delivery

 

We deliver throughout the UK and to most countries within Europe. We also deliver to America, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. Further details are provided below.

Postage (UK)

We offer multiple delivery options which are dependent on the weight of items ordered. Our principal carrier is Royal Mail and generally items will be dispatched via this method. You can choose between First and Second class Packetpost, or our Standard delivery method. Costs are as follows:

If your order weighs more than this then choose our Standard delivery method. This is charged at £4.95 whatever the weight of your order and will usually be dispatched via Royal Mail Standard Parcels. For extemely heavy or bulky items a courier company will be used.**   Delivery will normally be within 5-7 working days. Items that are out of stock will take longer but we will advise you of any delays.

We can only deliver to the address given at the time of the order. If you would like us to request your item be left with a neighbour or another nominated person then please email us detailing where, at the time of delivery.  If you are out at the time of delivery then Royal Mail will leave you a note detailing their attempt at delivery and you will have to collect your package from your local sorting office. Any orders refused on delivery, or orders returned to us due to incorrect address details will incur a redelivery/return fee.

We offer free delivery on all orders above *£60.

Unfortunately, we cannot extend the free delivery offer to all UK postcodes. Any postcodes within the Channel Islands, Scottish Highlands & Islands and Northern Ireland are not liable to recieve this offer. **Also addresses with these postcodes may be subject to extra postage fees on bulkier items.

Overseas Orders

We now deliver outside of the UK. We offer a choice of two delivery methods, both via Royal Mail. Choose from either standard Airmail, or for extra reassurance and added security choose Airsure. We deliver to all EU member states, Switzerland, Norway, America, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. Delivery charges will vary. They are dependent on location, the method chosen and the weight of an order. Our free delivery offer is not open to persons outside the United Kingdom. Deliverys should take 10-14 working days to arrive, however, this is just a guideline an orders may take longer, particularly to countries outside of Europe.

A guide to costs for persons within Europe are as follows:

An order weighing 500g is £4.00 via Airmail.

An order weighing 1kg is £6.50 via Airmail.

For those living in countries outside of Europe the costs are as follows:

An order weighing 500g is £7.00 via Airmail.

An order weighing 1kg is £12.50 via Airmail.

Packaging

We believe that the majority of packaging is an unecessary form of waste and aim to use as little as possible. Any packaging we do use is to ensure the safety of your order and is always made from recycled materials. We generally reuse boxes and packaging usually discarded as waste by other companies. Alternatively, we source recycled paper, card and boxes directly.

Returns

If you are not happy with any of our products, please email us at info@home4eco.com. It would be helpful if you could please quote your name, contact details and order number. Please give full details of the problem and depending on the nature of the problem, we may either arrange for a replacement or give a refund. Unless products are faulty they must be returned in a resaleable condition, in their original packaging within 21 days of receipt of the item. Postage needs to be paid by you on any returns, unless the product is faulty then we will refund your return postage costs once confirming the product is in fact defective. Please obtain a certificate of posting from the Post Office.

Products under warranty or guarantee

We will either refund or replace any product that proves to be defective within the life of it's guarantee. If we are unable to replace a defective product directly then we will provide you with the necessary information to claim directly from the manufacturer. We are unable to offer refunds on any products after 60 days have passed, this is non-negotiable. In the event that your product breaks after 60 days have passed, but still within it's guarantee, then a replacement will be provided.
